Each piece is made entirely by hand and takes our artisans several days to complete. For items in stock, typical dispatch is within 5–7 business days. For custom or bespoke pieces, lead times vary — usually 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. We'll confirm timelines once your enquiry is received.
No — and that's entirely intentional. Because each piece is stitched by hand, no two are ever truly identical. Thread tension, subtle colour variation, and the artisan's own rhythm all contribute to the uniqueness of every piece. This is a feature, not a flaw — you are carrying something one of a kind.
For bags: spot clean only with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging in water. Keep away from direct prolonged sunlight. Store stuffed with tissue paper to maintain shape. For hair accessories: hand wash cold and lay flat to dry — do not wring. Each piece ships with a care card from your artisan.
